I'm at the point of walking into a police station and laying a theft charge. At that point, I told them I did not care much about their technical fault and that could they just send me the item and let's call it quits. After several emails with this individual, I was told there was some technical fault and they would fix it. Funny enough got this contact from TrustPilot and not the Mint website. This started on I eventually got a hold of the head of customer service. This lead me to get that uneasy feeling that I was being scammed.

The more I asked the more I got the runaround.

The challenge was this functionality was not available. Got the same answer 'just log in and go to your vault and request the withdraw'. I noticed that there did not appear to be an opportunity to withdraw the item from the vault and have it shipped. I bought a physical item to test the vault system and also bought digital gold. The experience I have had and currently have has left me with the feeling of dealing with online scammers. I had this great vision of moving more investments into Gold and who better to use than a trusted brand like the Royal Mint? Think again. I've had better service from online scammers
